Looking back at that last journal and then looking at my activity, i lied a bit!

My excuse is a acquired my parents old 10d over the summer, so I've been playing with that. But the real reason is im too lazy to export photos from lightroom to photoshop to border and resize them

Anywho, this time around i wont promise any grand returns, especially as im off to Morocco in a week! But i do have a collection of (half) decent photos i've taken over the last few months that i may share if im not being lazy.

I reorganized my gallery, all the old photos are in a collection (Imaginatively titled "Old Stuff"), so they are still there, just none are featured as i don't think they fit with what im taking now.

So, as some of you may, or may not have noticed i havn't uploaded anything in MONTHS.

This was partly to do with moving to Australia for 7 months, and not knowing whether i had a decent internet connection. (i have, so i've still been watching people, and appreciating all the good art on this site)
But the main reason was, at the end of the summer, i was getting increasingly dissatisfied with the quality and subjects of my photos, i needed to branch out and improve. So i took a break from posting photos, and just playing with my camera, and trying new things. The fact that this coincided with my trip to Aus was really handy. So i've been out here trying new things, and getting better (in my mind).

Anyway, im now fairly happy with my photos, so i'll be uploading again.

Whereas before i almost soley took sunset shots, i've now shifted to most things landscape, which gives me a lot more scope. Don't worry, the sunset shots will still be coming, but im not limiting myself to the last hour of light only!
Im also getting more and more interested with street photography, so expect some experimentation there

Anyway, thats all i've got to say, just thought i should explain where i've been!
